House rules Celest Zalmhaven Horeca BV
“The Dutch Civil Code” consists of rights and obligations. We have worked within the framework of the prevailing norms and values. At Celest Zalmhaven, we have rules that are generally self-evident for most people. To avoid any misunderstandings, the house rules of Celest Zalmhaven are outlined below.
Houserules
Access
- Celest Zalmhaven reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals in order to ensure the safety of other guests and staff.
- Children under the age of 16 may only visit Celest Zalmhaven when accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
- Access to Celest Zalmhaven is only allowed with a valid entrance ticket. The right of access ends when you leave Celest Zalmhaven.
- Visitors are only allowed to enter designated areas.
- It is prohibited to enter Celest Zalmhaven with skates, scooters, or other vehicles, except for wheelchairs or strollers.
- Celest Zalmhaven reserves the right to change opening days and/or hours during the season.
- Pets are not allowed in Celest Zalmhaven, except for guide dogs.
Safety
- Coat racks are available at various locations in Celest Zalmhaven. Use of the coat racks is at your own risk. Celest Zalmhaven is not responsible for any damage and/or theft.
- The maximum capacity of Celest Zalmhaven is 300 persons, including staff. This permit has been issued by the fire department based on safety and evacuation routes. Celest Zalmhaven reserves the right to refuse entry if this maximum capacity is reached.
Behavior
- The consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed outside the designated areas.
- Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry.
- Smoking is not allowed inside Celest Zalmhaven.
- Bringing your own food and drinks into Celest Zalmhaven is not permitted.
- You may be addressed if you engage in swearing, shouting, discrimination, or any other disruptive behavior. Repeated offenses will result in denial of access to the building.
- Physical or verbal violence toward other guests and/or staff at Celest Zalmhaven is not acceptable. Guests engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed from the premises.
- All visitors of the Zalmhaven Tower must adhere to the house rules established by the VVE (Homeowners’ Association). Consideration must always be given to residents and neighbors.
- Glassware from the restaurant is not allowed to be taken outside.
- Smoking is only permitted outside in the designated areas.
- After closing time, the surrounding area of the Zalmhaven Tower must be vacated. Loitering in the vicinity is not allowed.
- Instructions from security staff must always be followed.
Use of Equipment
- Recording teams may only take footage at Celest Zalmhaven with prior approval from the Marketing & Communications department. Filming and photography are only allowed from the panorama platforms. For all other locations, express written permission is required and can only be done under the supervision of an authorized staff member. A film agreement must be provided upon arrival at Celest Zalmhaven.
- The use of (amplified) sound equipment or other electronic devices is not allowed at Celest Zalmhaven without written permission.
Liability
- Celest Zalmhaven accepts no liability for any damage incurred by the guest unless such damage is the direct result of intent or gross negligence by Celest Zalmhaven or any of its employees.
- If you cause any damage to Celest Zalmhaven in any way, you may be held liable for the damage caused.
- Celest Zalmhaven accepts no liability for loss and/or theft of personal belongings brought into the premises.
- If you sustain damage or injury, you must report it to the information desk before leaving. Celest Zalmhaven is not liable if the report is made after leaving the premises.
